can't login to app. no matter how many times I enter the passcode. it just loops me back to the login screen. i've never seen an app do this. I was curious to see if I had points. because I was unaware there was a wingstop app. but i've always had an account. but seeing how i can't sign in on the app. or make a new account using my existing email. I won't find out.

this app is so awful. I can sign in and make an account but can't order anything. it puts you in a loop with a constant error. what makes it worse is there are some flavors that can only be ordered online and I couldn't order them so I had to find something else for dinner. I'm done with Wingstop. if I can't just talk to a human being and order what I want, I'll go somewhere where I can.

Absolutely a terrible app. I have tried multiple times to order off this app and every time when I go to pay, it tells me payment declined. I panic, check my bank account, realize there's money in there, try the order and payment again, and then the same thing happens. I tried one last time the other day and I ended up calling customer service. I ended having to order off of doordash since this app is unreliable and absolutely terribly built. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
