Ratings and reviews

This app is awful. My pharmacy talked me into it when their system suddenly stopped texting me. It's been terrible. One of my regular, ongoing meds was removed from the app completely... and it was still an ongoing prescription. Another time I placed a refill order and it was never filled. It just disappeared. I asked the pharmacy and there was no order. I stopped using it after that. If I have to call anyway, I may as well call instead of waiting for refills that won't be filled.

So, as several have posted their experiences with this app, so I too have changed my rating with a brief explanation of why. I installed the app, was working fine until a few weeks ago, freezen upon loading. What bothers me is the almost absolute silence. Some users have received an email. From what I have read, it's been in the single digits. You could at least send a form email. We need to hear from you, WHAT'S GOING ON! I will change my rating when you earn it! We depend on it!

The app works fine for requesting refills, but it doesn't send notifications (even with that option turned on). It would be so much nicer to get a notification when a prescription is ready than having to continually remember to check the app. I haven't tried using it for messaging yet, but my pharmacist says a lot of patients complain about it.

What’s new

Bug fixes and stability improvements:
- Fixed crashes when opening the app and when signing in. The app now tells you if you need to turn on a web browser to sign in.
- Registration: you can now type your date of birth directly (MM/DD/YYYY) instead of using the date picker.
