Ratings and reviews

I am traveling and saw, "Sound connect transferring" on my screen. I did not give permission to auto update. I was at sea using slow wifi. I may have to delete this app, and discontinue buying Sony products. I need apps that let me control downloads, not ones that force downloads that slow my internet to a crawl while on a ship trying to send work emails. I work on ships going from ship to ship and also travel to places where I have very slow service. Your app prevented me from getting emails.

When my WF-1000XM5 headset is connected to 2 devices simultaneously (phone and computer), it cannot pause my Audible audiobook. It skips ahead instead. I have to disconnect my PC for it to pause/resume correctly. Also, not being able to customize the tapping behavior is really unfortunate, especially when only using one earbud, because you can't use the same earbud for both play/pause and toggling nose cancelling.

Recent updates keep turning speak to pause on when I have it turned off, requiring me to remember why my music is suddenly stopping and find what is causing it. Not only that the app name and icon changed so I had to figure out what the new name and icon were before I could fix it. I my opinion settings should not change because of an update. I don't think this app is doing anything useful, it's actively making using my headphones more difficult.
