Now that they finally added the option to make your drink extra hot, there's only one negative thing left, and unfortunately it's a really big one. So many times the app says "this item is not available at this location" so thousands can't order. We have to try to find another location, or we have to go somewhere else. Like today, the app said Chestnut Prailene isn't available at 37th & Broadway in Everett, WA so I can't even order. I called to verify, and they have plenty. It really is inconv

Works great, only issue is for people like me that submit expenses for reimbursement. Receipts in app don't list the date until the day after the transaction (until then it just says "Today") which means I can't submit expense reports immediately. Very annoying, very niche. edited to add a new issue: if they mess up your order there's no way to fix it other than going back to the Starbucks in person which is almost never worth it so you're just stuck with whatever they gave you.

I've had the app for a long time. Over the past few weeks, I have no longer been able to order in the app. I tried talking with support, and eventually after back and forth and trying everything they suggested, was told that this is a known issue that when you go to order once clicking on your location, the app crashes. I can use the app on a laptop or desktop, but that's very inconvenient. It also stopped accepting my password and I had to change it. hopefully this issue will be fixed soon.
