Absolutely useless. Doesn't actually reliably do any of the things you might need to do to manage your account. Pointless insecure security features on by default with no option to turn them off. Most of the UI invested in advertising other terrible Telstra services no one in their right mind would use. I've avoided this stupid app for years, but am in a situation where I currently have to use it. Telstra should be ashamed.

Can't log into the app anymore, the "get help" feature is a frustrating waste of time and gets you nowhere. Even before the app stopped letting me log in, I would have a hard time doing anything on the app because I wouldn't get the security codes as the app kept changing my phone number no matter how many times I changed it to the right number.

Worst app I've ever used. I'm not sure you can actually do anything through this app. Try to transfer an eSIM "technical issue", try to add an authorised contact "something went wrong", try to manage Telstra IDs, loops then doesn't ever work. I've spent way too long trying to do what should be really simple tasks, and not achieved any of them through the app.
