App finally started working again, and all my data, minutes, and text disappeared. after many frustrating hours with customer service, I was only able to retrieve part of my data, with no explanation given for the missing 16 gigs. I suspect they're using the recent app shutdown/malfunction as an excuse to steal data back from their customers across-the-board. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Takes forever to load my balances, if it doesn't crash first. There's so many issues with this app it isn't close to being amusing: it's been an app for what, a decade? They still have issues when you try to buy data/texts! You get zero warning if you are about to run out of data/texts/calls, leaving your family all worried when they can't reach you. I mean it's 2025 for crying out loud! The latest update has a typo in its description -- the first word of the description. Unreal!That's just part

Today, 7-19-25 I tried logging in to my account yet again. To my surprise it won't let me. I'm prompted to type my password and the same thing happens over and over again, can't log in! I'm really hating this app right now! Also there had been an update, so I updated and still can't log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same luck, so I restarted my phone and STILL cannot log in! It's very annoying. And doesn't even deserve a one star
