Extremely frustrating customer service experience. It is nearly impossible to speak with an actual person, even when dealing with an urgent financial matter. I have called multiple numbers during advertised business hours, left voicemails, sent multiple emails, and used the in-app chat, but I still have not been able to speak with a human representative. I am a cosigner on a $3000 loan. Recently obtained Equity Line of Credit. My lender issued a check to pay off Together Loans. Impossible to speak to a person or get information on where to mail the check made out to Together, issued by a bank. I suspect this is by design in order for more interest to accrue. The app is like being on a merry-go-round. Never get anywhere.

Please do not be a co signer with Together Loans. This will be your loan. You are totally responsible. The loaner can not ask questions or anything. Your account is debited immediately when the loaner forfeits. Oh my what a big mistake I made in co signing. I really appreciate them helping my son but what a co signer has to go through is definitely not worth it at all. This is the vo signers loan not the loaner. There is no one to talk to only a recording to leave a message. No one calls back.
