Ratings and reviews

It is almost impossible to check in unless you have a current Mileage Plus account. I have Mileage Plus account cards from several years ago, but just found out they are not current. when I bought these tickets, I was assigned new numbers, didn't realize that, and the system cannot find them. so it took over 2 hrs to check in for our flight! UGH!

Terrible user experience, barely functioning. Check-in process is painful and takes multiple tries with lots of "Sorry, something went wrong." messages. Scanning in passports took 10 or more tries for each traveller. The reward for all that is NOT getting your boarding passes. There is not one mention of a boarding pass in this app. Unbelievably bad for a top tier airline.

Useless. Doesn't pull any information from partner airlines even if you bought your ticket through them. Tells me (as I'm transferring flights) that "there is something wrong with your reservation." But doesn't tell me what it is. I click on chat. Of course the bot is clueless. Once connected to an agent they asked for my confirmation number. But you have to navigator way to get it. in which case you get disconnected.
