If I could give zero stars I would! The app rarely works as intended! My recorded shows won't play. Very frustrating! I try clearing the cache, rebooting my device, uninstalling the app, force stopping but get the same results. Xfinity is so expensive they should have an app that actually works. I have no issues with other streaming app like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, MGM+ and Peacock have no problem loading shows. xfinity please fix your app!

The app never works. It doesn't matter whether I'm on the go or at home. We pay too much money for cable that has an the doesn't work. I have not been able to use the app in years. Due to a recent storm I was trying to use the app because my cable has been out for 2 days now. Xfinity is too expensive for customers to not be able to use the app. I can't even talk to customer service because of the outage in my area. The auto bot just disconnects.

Recordings & Home not loading since last update. I've never had issues before. I am unable to stream recorded shows on two different Android devices. I have always been very happy with the app until now. There is no error code, just "Sorry, we're having some trouble. Please check back later." Not helpful at all. Please fix this ASAP!
