The Xfinity Mobile Voicemail app allows customers with a compatible device to listen and manage your voice messages. You can play, share, delete, reply to and if available, view transcriptions of your voice messages. In addition, you can also manage and record greetings.

This app requires a subscription to Xfinity Mobile service and is only compatible for use with the following devices:

Samsung Galaxy Series S7, S8, S9, Note 8, Note 9
LG Stylo 4, LG X Charge, LG X Power

This app is one of the worst out there. It used to work fine, but now doesn't work at all for any of its inteded purposes. It hasn't been updated in 3+ years. It won't display the transcription of any message. It won't play the audio of any message. When you go to delete a message, the app locks up where you can't do anything at all on it without force closing it. DO BETTER!

This app has been working for over two years. Now, without any apparent reason, it only displays the message "Authorization in Progress" and I can no longer see my list of transcribed voice messages. I have gone through trouble shooting processes with xfinity customer service to no avail. Their "service" is far from helpful. I cannot uninstall this app either. It does not function and I just want it off my phone.

This app is terrible. Does not notify on my phone in any way even though I have all notifications on. Update: it worked for awhile, now it's stuck in an authorization loop, and won't start. Two and a half hours on line with xfinity and they tell me it's my phone and I have to go to Samsung. Of course when I go to Samsung they try to help, good service, but have no control over the Xfinity app or infrastructure. Another phenomenal xfinity failure.
