About this app

The Xfinity Mobile Voicemail app allows customers with a compatible device to listen and manage your voice messages. You can play, share, delete, reply to and if available, view transcriptions of your voice messages. In addition, you can also manage and record greetings.

This app requires a subscription to Xfinity Mobile service and is only compatible for use with the following devices:

Samsung Galaxy Series S7, S8, S9, Note 8, Note 9
LG Stylo 4, LG X Charge, LG X Power
Motorola E5

Worked fine for years. Then, missed an important voicemail and was emailed that voicemail wasn't set up. I checked, and it was not working. Tried to re-setup and it keeps failing with "authorization error" and had a retry button that only refreshes the page with the same failure. Xfinity support was awful. Spent 3 hours with 3 different people. The had my phone in profile wrong and fixed that and assured voicemail would be fixed too... it still isn't. Reinstalled a dozen times with no luck.

Terrible!!! My mailbox is empty but tells everyone it is full and can't leave a message! Have spent hours with tech trying to fix without success! Hate this app and can't change! UPDATE: All of a sudden my voicemail box is empty. But now people tell me they left a message for me but my box is always empty and I don't get any messages! Went from bad to worse!!!

Seems to be abandonware. Hasn't worked since July, can't switch to Android/Samsung default vm app either. Nothing but "we had trouble loading this screen" and "unable to connect." Tried emailing the support email listed, it's just an automated message to try the basic BS and call support if it doesn't work. So glad I took the time to lay out my problem in detail and provide my account info as instructed in another reply from "the creator".
