About this app

The Xfinity Mobile Voicemail app allows customers with a compatible device to listen and manage your voice messages. You can play, share, delete, reply to and if available, view transcriptions of your voice messages. In addition, you can also manage and record greetings.

This app requires a subscription to Xfinity Mobile service and is only compatible for use with the following devices:

Samsung Galaxy Series S7, S8, S9, Note 8, Note 9
LG Stylo 4, LG X Charge, LG X Power
Motorola E5

This app is one of the worst out there. It used to work fine, but now doesn't work at all for any of its inteded purposes. It hasn't been updated in 3+ years. It won't display the transcription of any message. It won't play the audio of any message. When you go to delete a message, the app locks up where you can't do anything at all on it without force closing it. DO BETTER!

This app doesn't work. It made me go through the rigmarol of switching from tradition voicemail to this app, only to get an error where it won't connect. What's worse is that it stopped my "traditional" voicemail from working. If people call it says my number is not in service. When I call into my own number to try and fix the whole voicemail issue it says not in service. Even after deleting this app. I quite literally don't know how to fix it. On Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Samsung S10 or newer moving forward will use the default android voicemail app the device comes with to maximize your experience with us. This app is absolutely useless! Uninstaller last year, didn't work. Tried again today, can't get past the very first page with an authentication error. Between mobile & TV, nothing from Comcast justifies the constant price increases when the "services" aren't keeping up. Serious enough for me to consider other options. What a shame, used to be much better. Shortcuts aren't the answer.
