I upgraded and agreed to pay for premium so my mother could download call guard to help stop setting spam calls 50 times a day and it does not work for her. I've been to the store several times and called for help also only to keep getting the run around. go to the store call in back and forth all the while she is still getting spam calls that's driving her crazy. please fix this issue since I'm paying extra for the premium services.

if a call is most likely spam, don't even let the phone ring at all. please automatically block the call. with that being said, calls that are indicated as potential spam are allowed to go to voicemail. and, text messages I get that are spam and I block the number, I still get the same messages. it doesn't feel like this Xfinity plan works. I'm frustrated!

I have the premium unlimited plan, upgraded my phone, did the smart switch transfer, keeps saying my plan doesn't include it, 2 different times I have contacted xfinity for help, and twice neither one could get it corrected, can't switch back to the unlimited, for a month, in hopes I could unenroll in premium unlimited to try to do a fresh grade, very disappointing and unhappy about it
