This is such a terrible app. You can't even look up any previous transactions on your account. Just gives you your balance. That is it! If I can give a zero star review I would. I preferred the old app way better. I had my account, mortgage and credit card listed and I had more control or features over it. With the new one it is just showing my local account. And I live overseas so online banking is a must for me. BDO listen to your bad reviews!

It has less features than the old app. The option to (lock card already implemented) online transactions, and international transactions are missing. It only improves on display but functionality-wise, the old app is still better. I don't see any improvement and reason why we need to move to the new app. It also doesn't have notification feature for credit card transactions.

For an app that's supposed to be an upgrade, it is so backwards. I can't even log in to my account because it doesn't recognise my password, and I can't reset it because they migrated an old mobile number to the new system, and there is currently no way to update the information. Apparently, the only way forward is to delete my old account, and with it all my transaction records. Such primitive processes in a modern digital era.
