This photo check of the car every few days is just senseless. I mean it's our personal cars, and we take care of it even if it's a small scratch ourselves. Imposing a photo check is just counterproductive and unnecessary burden every few days. Map prompt after accepting a request is just horribly slow and laggy. Don't have the option to use any other navigation app if you're not comfortable with it.

I believe the current payment system is unfair.The fares we receive are already too low compared with the distance, fuel costs,and time spent on each ride.The bonus should also be clearly separated from our actual ride income. In reality, the bonus comes from the money collected from each ride, so it should not be treated as additional income on top of the actual payment. More importantly, adding the bonus to the total income and then using the combined amount for tax purposes isn't appropriate.

there's no details of location in application map like other applications. for local people once zoom in to find out location no need to depend on Google maps which is annoying also when received request always has to ask customers the name of the place. in driver's application doesn't mention proper location. driver's application and customer's application is quite different in terms of location and where the fuel price is touching sky and fare remains same.
