Ratings and reviews

I thought this app was to help AGAINST criminals. Was offered for a limited time at $0.99/month for a 2 year plan, which came to $23.76. I checked my account and it cost me $40.44. That's almost 90% more.. Don't give me "exchange rate" bullsh*t, if you can connect VPN's globally, you can give region specific pricings and be truthful with your customers. AT LEAST JUST PUT "USD" AT THE END. Other than that, the app seems fine.

The app works well enough as a basic entry into the password wallet space. There are certain features that I became accustomed to with other apps such as LastPass and 1Password, that I didn't really think I needed until they weren't there. For example, password history per item. And the ability to duplicate items so they can be easily edited, instead of having to create a new item each time. Particularly handy to create a password for the purpose of sharing but need original unchanged.

Terrible. It won't autofill anything despite it being enabled as instructed. It won't update any password changes and when it asks to open a website, it then says it can't access the URL address. Don't waste your time & money. It is not easy to navigate and I went round in circles trying to set it up. I have contacted the help center and they have not been helpful at all. They told me to download the vpn extension but I can't even find that. I wish I'd read all these other reviews earlier!
