What was once an effective, simple remote access tool has become a laggy, bloated mess that was changed in a way that no one asked for, can't be customised, and makes for an overall worse majority use case. Unless you are plugging a mouse and keyboard into your device to use this app, it is an extraordinary net negative for usability. Even then it will still be a laggy unusable mess, and at that point you may as well carry around a laptop.

Dude, what happened to this? It was so good in the previous version. Now it's a total mess. Functionality has changed a lot. On the first touch option, you can't zoom like you used to be able to, and a lot of the time the touch inputs don't even work. Just bring back the old version. This is a ghastly nightmare. The audio that comes through also sounds demonic. I don't really use it for audio thoigh. This is just secondary to the main issues that disrupt smooth operability.

Everyone: Download v79.0.3945.26. It's the last version that worked properly. Google: not to seem ungrateful but usability is beyond bad. Quick Example: 1. mouse clicks actually work but the screen doesn't update leading to clicking more than once. A phantom click in the wrong place could lead to serious loss or damage. 2. Mouse cursor disappears completely. 3. Dropouts. Checked logs & zero dropped packets on networks. Those happen very frequently and that's unacceptable even it's free.
