Edit: I have to uninstall and reinstall this app probably at least once a month. now it keeps saying it cannot contact server until I reinstall it, then it works great for a while. ------ -- when it works it's great! however, when I use the pause function, it only turns back on after the selected pause time, about 30% of the time. this leaves me unprotected.

My VPN isn't working the message is server not available. I have tried different suggestions, it doesn't work. This is extremely inconvenient. I have sent a number of messages through my link. this is day2. This is an update 9-11-26 When I turn off the wifi at night, or when I am charging my phone I have to keep signing in to both vpn and 360. . I noticed that I have to also use my location to access the USA otherwise it is another country.

The VPN is good. really like the auto feature that turns it off at home, when I'm behind my protected network, then clicks in when I'm roaming. It also helped me watch UK TV when I was on holiday, a plus as I wasn't well! The reason for only three stars iis a big one. The app doesn't let you change payment details or stop automatic renewal. I also can't see any way to contact Norton, apart from submitting feedback, which would not provide a response. In app would make it easier.
