Ratings and reviews

Terrible, fundamentally broken onboarding process. The app gets stuck in a loop: “Get Started” → “Track Your Packages” / “Skip” → both options fail, leaving no way to proceed. Unforgivable for an app I didn’t even want to use in the first place, but was forced to install because a specific store provides no other way to track my order. If you’re going to make an app mandatory for something as basic as order tracking, the absolute minimum is making sure users can get past the first screens.

The worst for tracking packages. It's almost ALWAYS in "waiting for details" for the tracking status... I've had 3 or 4 items over the last year that use this app to track packages and I have literally NEVER seen an accurate status on any package (items from various online stores). Literally the only real reason to download this stupid ad filled app is to track a package!! 😅 Now going to think twice about buying something online if they don't have other shipping options available.

i love how this app empowers Mom&Pop establishments. It truly connects specialty shops with niche markets. As a consumer, it's a bit annoying. I wish it had separate notifications for things that I want to buy as soon as it's available, and things I'm keeping in mind for the future. Even with things i seriously want, I often buy plants. They die in freezing temperatures or the burning heat of mid & late summer. No amount of alerts will make me throw money at something that's gonna die.
