Quick Guide:
1. Download and launch the app.

3. Pass your ID on to your trusted technician, who is using the TeamViewer full version.

Can someone PLEASE help!😭 I can't get past this message "QuickSupport will start capturing everything that's displayed on your screen". I'm presented with two options; Cancel or Start Now but am only able to click Cancel. I've emailed TeamViewer twice now, it's been a week and still haven't heard anything from them😡. I don't want to leave a bad review cause I'm sure it's a great app...if I could only get it to work!!!😭😭😭

Bad experience - using Samsung Galaxy S9/10 phones all I could do was uninstall apps or add a wifi network. I could do nothing else. Couldn't ask for a screenshot (said was not supported or something), couldn't see the screen in any way. I couldn't see any of the app settings, or any other general settings... I was asked to try to help because it seemed like the user's mobile data was off but nothing in this app helped with that, even though it should have been really basic/simple to help with.

It is a nice remote control app. When it works. Like others have said, 90% of the time, you cannot connect, or you get disconnected. Then, when trying to reconnect to your loved ones to help them out, you are told you have tried to connect too many times. I've given up. The desktop app is great. The mobile app is complete garbage and is a waste of a download and space on the phone.
