Accidentally placed an order and cancelled within a minute of ordering and still had to pay for the food. absolutely ridiculous, I'd understand if it was a few minutes and the restaurant had gotten started on the food, but within a minute, really? plus the help center is useless most of the time. If they get multiple items wrong in the order, they'll only refund you for 1 of the items. I paid for Uber one, and it's a complete waste of money with how much they screw up, big regret! 🤦‍♀️

Double the price than actually in the restaurant. The app will charge you to change condiments when the vendor does not. Sometimes, my food order is $15.00, and Uber comes in, adding $10.00 or more in service fees. It's chicken on sticks. How is it a $10 charge with a delivery fee? And dont forget that tips are extra. If you ask for a refund. They just give you credits, not your money back in the original form of payment. Use a credit card so you can dispute them instead of getting Uber credits.

Absolutely horrible honestly. The amount of orders that have been canceled and have had to argue to get money back because no drivers came to pick up my order after waiting over an hour? Just ridiculous. Don't bother with the Uber one subscription either. There are zero benefits to it whatsoever. No additional promotions, only "slightly" cheaper delivery fees. Just go pick up your food. It's cheaper and will save you this absolute nightmare of an app.
