Accidentally placed an order and cancelled within a minute of ordering and still had to pay for the food. absolutely ridiculous, I'd understand if it was a few minutes and the restaurant had gotten started on the food, but within a minute, really? plus the help center is useless most of the time. If they get multiple items wrong in the order, they'll only refund you for 1 of the items. I paid for Uber one, and it's a complete waste of money with how much they screw up, big regret! 🤦‍♀️

Seriously annoying problem this app does. the final price is not the final price of something. they like to adjust it by a few cents after about an hour after they initially charge you. I pay using a credit card. meaning one order for 20$ charges me twice. and I have to wait upwards of a week for that "pending charge" to be reversed by my financial institution. this wouldn't be a problem if über charged you the right price the first time. it's ridiculous and annoying.

Absolutely horrible honestly. The amount of orders that have been canceled and have had to argue to get money back because no drivers came to pick up my order after waiting over an hour? Just ridiculous. Don't bother with the Uber one subscription either. There are zero benefits to it whatsoever. No additional promotions, only "slightly" cheaper delivery fees. Just go pick up your food. It's cheaper and will save you this absolute nightmare of an app.
