Ratings and reviews

Amazon Prime is the best and the worst streaming service at the same time. The library is great, the ability to pause and see what actors are in the scene is great! If you watch on the computer when at home and your phone while not at home, it will constantly try to start from the episode you left halfway done on the computer. If you have not paid for an add free experience, you end up watching adds twice or three times as you try to find the right episode.

the price paid is ok, but the fact that they constantly push for shows and movies that are not available without additional subscription, plus the constant adds. you are a billion dollar company, how about putting that money back into it and invslest in some more shows or movies, and the point where we purchase a movie, only to have it leave for a different streaming subscription is flat out scamming.

Has gone very downhill and so many adds! Im a prime member and in every hour of video, there's about 15 unskipable adds. Sometimes more. I already pay for the subscription, I shouldn't have to watch adds or pay a SECOND subscription fee to be able to enjoy content without being interrupted so often to be forced to watch adds. even if I had to watch a minute or two of adds at the beginning of the episode, I would have given it a higher rating as long as the show wasn't being randomly interrupted.
