FEATURES:
• View your banking, credit card, mortgage, and investment balances directly from your Account Summary. View transaction history on any of your accounts.
• Transfer funds including cross currency and send Interac e-Transfers. Also, add or edit e-Transfer recipients.
• Pay bills, manage Payees, set up future-dated bill payments and view payment history
• View detailed account info, including credit card balances, due dates, minimum payments, mortgage details and funds on hold for bank accounts.

UPDATE 2026 - Look at that not working again! Error when logging in, account locked. have to call to get it unlocked, send email, doesn't work!!! Tells me to call again!!!! I have bills and rent to pay, so it'd be nice if you'd fix this immediately! Seriously, how many issues and bad reviews can a company get and do nothing about it.

Show the interest rate on all accounts. Offer the option to go in dark mode for both the website and mobile app. Also, remove the minimum amount of 100 for making extra payment. I should be able to pay any amount less than $100. Also, educate your call center people to not say there is no IT department. Not able to see cashback on landing page of MasterCard. After being transferred times and being on the phone for over an hour to try to resolve this issue, I was put back to your IVR.

Several time per week, this app does not let me sign in; it just shows the loading wheel before an error screen pops up. I also bank with two other banks and have never, not once, had trouble logging into their apps. I haven't needed to uninstall/reinstall them, I haven't had to troubleshoot what's wrong. Their apps just...work. BMO, this is beyond unacceptable. If you are going to have an app, make sure that it consistently works so that people can check their accounts with frequency and ease.
