Ratings and reviews

MailChimp user since 2021. I typically use the desktop application but have used the Android app to send emails and check stats. It can be buggy sometimes (specifically, I'm not always able to add links by highlighting text on the app and restarting doesn't solve this). Other than that, it's still a user friendly app and service that I recommend for folks just starting out.

I am using the free features to grow my email list. It's easy to use, and the templates are good, too. Most subscribers don't care if it looks fancy. I will say I find it easier to compose my emails on the desktop version than in the app. I use the app to send out drafts because the free version doesn't allow scheduling anymore.

The app is okay I guess. The major problem I have is when I attach links to photos they never save properly. I'm having to go in and out of the app multiple times and attach the link for it to finally save properly. Also uploading photos crashes the app, and I find just using this app is very slow on an Android phone. Very frustrating to work with.
