About this app

This is the old app version that does not include any new features or general improvements. Its sole purpose is to facilitate your transition to the new NordLocker application. We encourage you to upgrade your account in app version 3.39.0 to unlock the full potential of NordLocker in new app from version 4.0.0.

It works ok. There needs to be an option to automatically upload folders from my phone to a locker. When uploading a lot of files on mobile (and desktop) it tends to choke and not process everything, leading to having to keep uploading everything until it's all done. There is an 8GB file size limit which is a bit of a hindrance if you're backing up video files or zip files. Hopefully they keep actively improving it.

A very poorly designed app. You cannot move files around once you've uploaded them even though it says you can. There is no dark mode option. And after I uploaded them reuploaded my first batch of photos the app crashed and will not open again. It just freezes on the opening screen. Very frustrating first experience and if they cannot fix these issues today I'll be demanding my money back.

terrible app and terrible service. The product has been useless for ages and all I see are apologises, but never any solutions. If you know the product is garbage and it remains unusable then compensate your customers. They shouldn't have to chase you to get their money back and especially when your app never worked to begin with.
