Ratings and reviews

Awful. Used to use it daily, never any issues. Up until a couple of months ago. Then my cards became unavailable, kept getting a message saying to "connect to WiFi", had to delete and re-add the cards multiple times, now I've given up. Too unreliable. Has nothing to do with WiFi. It's all in the app. Guess I'm going back to physical cards lol.

All my card information randomly got deleted. Upon trying to re-enter my card information, it keeps saying "something went wrong". Ok, like... what am I supposed to do with that information. It worked when I reuploaded my credit card, but not my debit card, and it can't seem to figure out why. I feel like this app shouldn't be so hit-or-miss. Naturally, I am frustrated and annoyed at this inconvenience with such limited options to solve the problem.

I see others are having a multitude of issues as well. Luckily, it's still working for me after the "update". However, my transactions no longer show up on the "Recent Transactions" page, and I don't get notifications anymore. This is the best feature (for me) with Samsung Pay (Wallet?) so that I can update my budget right after a shopping trip. Now, if I'm not sure where my transactions are from, I have to wait 2 days for my bank to post the name of the retailer. Annoying.
