Ratings and reviews

It's a good app...until you want to close your account. I've been trying for two weeks to close my account. I followed the steps in the app, waited two or three days for a confirmation email and was given a code to use...it had expired. The toll free number only works in the U.S. (not Canada) When I sent an email, I was told to follow the steps I already had, or use a link that sent me to an unsecure web site that my browser wouldn't let me proceed to.

Just like the points I earned have expired my customer loyalty to 7Eleven has expired. No reason to collect points that expire without ever redeeming a single point just cause I didn't know they expired until they expired. But thats the whole idea right!!! Or they wouldn't expire in the first place!!! Deals are a joke and the contests are rigged and overall 7Eleven has gone downhill. Circle K has way better offers and contests that you can actually get some treats and stuff.

They just updated the app and it doesn't work. You need to log in using a phone # or email address, and verify them by sending codes. Once it does this, it bounces you to the home screen and asks you to sign in again. Then you have to go thru the verification process again. It's a never ending loop and you can't get into your old account. I had a bunch of points too!!! Fix this!!!
