Ratings and reviews

Double the price than actually in the restaurant. The app will charge you to change condiments when the vendor does not. Sometimes, my food order is $15.00, and Uber comes in, adding $10.00 or more in service fees. It's chicken on sticks. How is it a $10 charge with a delivery fee? And dont forget that tips are extra. If you ask for a refund. They just give you credits, not your money back in the original form of payment. Use a credit card so you can dispute them instead of getting Uber credits.

Just keeps getting worse. I haven't used ubereats in a while because it's incredibly expensive. I use to use it when they'd offer promotions to offset that cost. They basically stopped sending me promotions last September. I just got one for the first time since then, and it won't apply to my account no matter what I do. I contacted support and they said "place the order and we will reimburse you if it doesn't work". I'm not wasting my time with support to get a promo you offered me.

Sometimes when I order, I actually get the food that I expected. I think usually you get what you expect. However, every time there is a hidden fee that's not shown at the moment of checkout. When I pushed the checkout button and I agree to pay a specific price, that is not the price that shows up on my card. This service is a scam. They are criminals, and they should not be allowed in the app store.
