The app uses full-screen notifications to display incoming Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calls between riders and drivers, allowing users to quickly accept or decline and communicate in real time during trips.

Ratings and reviews

The app tells me that the order is 5km in total and after the pick up it added 5km more. This has happened to me a few times now. Another thing is that the map has been lagging lately. The prices are too low here in the Dominican republic and you guys keep putting them lower, gasolina and everything else keeps getting more expensive, it makes no sense that the prices are how they are on this app. Before 12 to 15 orders made me 1,500 pesos, now to make 1,500 I need to do 23 to 25 orders.

Issues: 1. Trips take way much more time than what the app shows, 2. It keeps asking to confirm identity up to 4 times a day, 3. It sends weird automated messages about every or any nonsense, 4. Map is very innacurate, 5. Trips are too cheap, only de 1 or 2 kms trips are paid fairly most of the time, 5. The promos are trash, 6. Pro level is not much different than others, etc... it is not one star instead of two because at least they don't play with the little we make.

Constant updates but not a single improvement!! GPS tells me to make turns into a one way street (oncoming traffic) and places with "no turns" signs. I can no longer see the destination until I'm on the street so I can't get a heads up instead of passing it. The acceptance rate: We shouldn't be penalized for declined trips/ deliveries that we didn't pysically decline. If we let the timer run out it shouldn't count. A lot of time we're driving and it's hard to read the small print and drive.
