Very bad experience. They offered me a 100 GB storage for 1 year versus fees, I found it suitable for me. On renewal, they refused purchase & asked me to verify payment through uploading my ID. I did so. They said that they'll respond in a maximum of 2 days. After more than a weak & multiple complaints of me to the support team. No answer at all as if I'm never found. Only too many emails every day that if I didnt pay, my email will stop receiving emails. I'm on my way to change it. Disappointed

I've had this about a year. The description reads: "Automatically back up the important things on your phone, like photos, contacts and messages... notice it says "like." Now I personally regard my calendar as an important thing. I accidentally deleted my calendar on another device. had a rude awakening that the backup DID NOT include calendar nor does it have the capacity to include the calendar. in fact you need a non Google app in order to be able to import and export a calendar back up.

Sometimes it takes forever to back up, other times it just hangs, even though it's the same wifi connection. I've had it take over 1 to 2 days to back up a few pictures. The pricing plans suck. They give you 15gb free and then there is nothing in between that you can pay for, you have no choice but to go to a 2tb plan.The plans were different years back. Why not have a 25gb/50gb/1tb plans? I pay every month for storage amounts that I wont use because I have 20 to 30gb.
