Worst app for backup. Once you un-installed or logged out you can't even login again even with backup code or the password. Simply No way to recover anything and you need to loss all of your logins which depends on this. Edit 1 : Team helped me to fix the issue after sending email. Thanks a lot for that. I have a backup code and passphrase already but I am not able to use that initially not sure why. Once team asked me to use that I am able to use that to regain access. Kindly fix that issue.

I am satisfied with all the other features, but there is one major problem with the Zoho OneAuth app. If the app is uninstalled from the mobile device or if I log out of the app, all the 2FA codes are deleted and there is no option for backup or recovery. Please fix this issue so that if the app is uninstalled, the device is changed, or we log out by mistake, we can recover our 2FA codes. This causes a lot of trouble for users who lose access to their accounts due to the missing 2FA codes.

Zoho has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. I changed phone and cannot access email on my computer because the login process sends an OTP to my old phone. I cannot make any profile changes on my phone, therefore I login on my computer. I've tried reaching out to customer service 3 times after wasting hours trying to figure out their terrible system. Customer service via telephone said to send them an email. How does such an incompetent company stay in business?
