won't let me sign up for an account because i'm in the UK. just comes up with "sorry, you're not able to sign up at this time." no idea why it's available on the UK play store if we can't even use it. sounds like it would be a good app if it actually worked though. edit: before the automated response says anything, yes i have the most up to date version of the app. yes i tried my mobile and email addresses. yes i know i entered them correctly. the app just doesn't let you sign up.

App wouldn't let me sign up from the UK. I entered my phone number and the verification code that was sent. It just says I can't sign up, no explanation, no suggestions what to do. I've cleared my cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted phone. Still nothing. A truly abysmal customer experience. If they can't even get an app to work, I wouldn't trust them with my bank details.

Absolutely useless. Blocks transactions for no reason. Says it's for "security" but there is no rsolution for marking a senders as safe or allowed. Customer service is nothing more than an AI chatbot, and a STUPID one at that - even when you get transferred to a "representative" it isn't a real person with the ability to resolve a problem. Just the same old copy and paste responses with a broken link to their TOU. There is no point in having a payment app that automatically refuses payments!
