Terrible! Navigation constantly asks you to make a uturn, it doesn't know which direction you're facing, tells you to turn too soon, or up a road that isnt a road. Couldnt even figure out a diversion because of a road closure earlier, I had to use Google. Doesn't always put stops in linear order, so youre up and down the same streets passing points you later deliver to. Sometimes lumps 5 deliveries/ houses on 1 street as 1 stop, then on the same street has 1 single house as 1 stop.

The onboarding process for the Amazon Flex app has been frustrating and unnecessarily restrictive. When trying to complete my background information, I was required to provide previous address history—but the app only allows UK addresses to be entered. This is a major flaw, especially for anyone who has lived abroad. There is no option to manually input an international address, no workaround, and no clear guidance on what to do in this situation.

I've delivered more than 14,000 parcels with Amazon Flex and the program has been getting worse recently. It is very hard to get a convenient time block for you because other drivers are using 'bots'. You have to stay constantly on your phone, 'refreshing' with the hope of getting something. It is a terrible experience. Sometimes you take very long mileage routes. When you calculate your fuel costs, business insurance, car maintenance, and tax costs, it's better to look for something else to do
