Ratings and reviews

Literally nothing loads, can't view offers, can't load offers, can't search for products, can't do anything other than view my points. Every time I update the app in the hopes of getting it working, it empties my basket and logs me out (not sure why - if it is capable of showing me my level of points, surely it knows which account it is?) When it did used to work, you could only use one filter at a time, making online shopping tedious. Desperately needs a save for later option in the basket.

After installing the upgrade the App Upgrade prompt now permanently on screen with no option to skip. Now unable to use the app at all. So much for an upgrade! Update: Although app is now mainly usable its not great for searching products and it buffers a lot. Just frustrating in general. Edited 10/9/26: "basket unavailable" for the last two weeks so purchases via the app are now impossible!

New update is rubbish, it signed me out and wont let me in without my verification number thats now being sent to my old phone number. Tried to find somewhere to resolve this and there is nowhere online to do that, you have to call them and wait in a queue. Very slow and once products are added to the basket it takes ages to remove an item if not wanted. Instead I've gone to Superdrugs app, much quicker and easier
