I've been a subscriber for several years, I wouldn't offer you even a trial first, their internet is slow all over the world, their calls in the world disconnect after a few minutes of talking, sometimes you can't see the incoming calls when you're outside the States, when I transferred the GB I used, they charged me 300 dollars and the says I clicked on a link, I'm trying to talk to customer service, they won't give up a dollar, in conclusion there are more reliable companies, don't touch it

Service is great. I tend to have a signal when a my friends don't which is nice. My issue is with the app. It keeps crashing and using up resources and battery life if it's running in the background. Not a huge problem by itself, but if I need to use the VPN, I essentially have to keep my phone on a charger, or it will die within 7-8 hours. The average battery life for my phone without the app in the background is 24-36 hours with regular use. I've tried uninstalling and clearing the cache.

Unfortunately, the decent service has been completely overshadowed by the trash customer service and google-brand phones. The google-brand devices die without warning and, if you use the insurance to replace it, the replacement google device is worse and dies quicker (also without warning). Customer service does nothing to address or rectify. My most recent issue was with a google app erroneously using data instead of wifi and that issue was also not resolved. Will switch asap.
