I use this app regularly. Usually, I need to book a cylinder after about one and a half months. But every time I try to book, I have to enter my mobile number, OTP, and reset the PIN again. This is very inconvenient. The app should be easy to use, but repeatedly resetting the PIN and entering OTP wastes time. Please fix this issue so that customers can have a smoother experience.

This app is very easy and convenient for booking LPG cylinders, and the transaction history is also very useful. However, there is one issue that needs improvement. I use the app only once a month. If I do not open it for 15 days, it asks me to register my mobile number again and verify through OTP. I have already enabled fingerprint authentication and created an MPIN. Please avoid repeated registration and OTP verification after a period of inactivity. Allow users to log in using MPIN or fin

One of the worst apps I have used. It repeatedly asks me to log in or sign up, and often displays the message, "You are already logged in on another device," without providing any information about which device or how to resolve the issue. Everyone keeps saying to complete the eKYC, but how is a user supposed to do that when the app neither opens properly nor proceeds to the next step? The user experience is extremely frustrating. Please fix these login and eKYC issues as soon as possible.
