This is the official Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) Bus reservation app is the simplest way to book your MSRTC Bus tickets.
The app allows you to search and reserve bus tickets for routes covered by MSRTC, in and around Maharashtra.
Choose from various service type (A/C and non-A/C) like Ordinary, Semi-Luxury, Sheetal and Shivneri.

There are several issues with app We do not receive the bus number for some bookings. Buses are often not on time. In one case, we waited for 2 hours, but the bus still did not arrive. The refund process is not convenient. The bus names displayed on the app are not accurate and do not match the actual bus names.

The worst app available on the play store. Every 2 weeks there are some changes in the searching of routes. So you have to do permutations combinations to book your exact ticket. Most of the downloads here are just downloaded and instantly installed. Becuase you can never find the buses for where you want to go easily. User inconvenience at its peak. Please hire some better designers and developers for the app or have it done through some good college students.

Poor experience. Payment was deducted through Easebuzz, but no ticket was generated. The app is not working properly and I had to book the ticket again through the website. Refund processing through Easebuzz is very slow (7–10 business days). In comparison, Paytm usually processes failed transaction refunds much faster. Please improve the app stability and refund process.
