Worst app and customer service is no good! 😡 I created my account 3 days ago, but I am still stuck on the waiting list. I emailed customer service, but got no proper response, just the same generic reply. I’ve heard from others that they have been on the waiting list for 20 days! For a remittance app, this verification delay and poor customer support are totally unacceptable. Very disappointing experience!

My experience with Taptap has been very disappointing. I have been unable to complete my first transaction until now, as my ID has been under review for over a week. I have contacted customer service several times, but I keep receiving the same response that they are still checking, with no clear update or resolution. Overall, it has been a frustrating and bad experience, and I expected much better service.

The worst app I’ve ever used! ⚠️ I transferred €800 two days ago, and my money is still missing. I’ve contacted their customer support several times by email, but all I keep getting is the same excuse about a “technical issue” with their system. What makes this even more frustrating is that I tested the app by transferring a small amount afterward, and it worked perfectly. So why is my €800 still missing?
