Smooth app-ing experience. So far, no fail detected. I used to prefer Be. But Be has a payment error that prevented me from booking new trip without transferring an amount from 3 years ago. That was also the last time I was able to use Be (I paid in cash instead, yet there hasn't been any way to let Be know that - a system bug, I figured). Thank you for being there & Grabbing me 👍🏻

The loc is inaccurate, starting around Sep to Oct. The location I selected for pick up point is shown at another nearby location on the driver side, which needs to msg the driver abt the accurate location in order to get to the correct pick up point to be picked up. I'm sure there has been no issue with inaccuracies before, but it will automatically change the pick-up point to the previous ride, and it still happens. Also, why reset the destination back to where I leave for food ordering??

The applications are good, but the customer support has significant issues. I've had trouble reporting problems or getting assistance. For example, a driver couldn't find me despite my accurate location. They claimed to be at the location, but weren't. I had to go find them 200m away in heavy rain. When I cancelled, I was fined. Trying to report this, the support system kept generating errors, as if blocking my complaint. stpd grap i want my rm3 back damnit! 😭
