Support was absolutely unacceptable. Specified to call when the couriers gets here. He comes, doesn't find the apartment (even though it's noted in the app), leaves the food back literally on THE STREET, i see that the order is delivered, come our after 3 minutes and there's no food anywhere. Contacted support and they basically told me "you were unavailable" even though i didn't receive any call or email, just app notifs which were turned off👌🏻didn't even try to contact the courier, sick

The support on this app is awful, the worst i've ever seen. It's their job but they act like you ask to give your life for them, i asked 4 times to cancel my order, and they didn't (asked while the order wasn't accepted and no courrier assigned, as fast as possible as i could, and the A.I support bot said that they will cancel my order, 4 requests later my order still went on..

Serves its purpose just about. Why can't you save a delivery address? You can pick up the address from your last order, but surely you should be able to select an address from your profile. When in a commercial building and have to specify a building name, floor, entrance, intercom details in addition to a street address, it is tedious entering everything again just because you used a different address last order. Really basic functionality for an app that does nothing except deliver stuff!
