I added the app to the never put to sleep list. I ensured location for the app is always on not only when the app is opened but still is not working on the background. it simply gives me a notification to update location and then I notice I am offline. Please *fix* the app. this is not a feature to be added. It is a bug currently in the app. Edit: Why is the app not making sound in both headphones and speaker? did HR code this app? pathetic

Basically, there needs to be a dedicated log where all chats between the customer and courier are saved. This keeps things peak for reference later, helping to settle any beef or track delivery details. It’s all about having that digital trail so everyone stays on the same page.

Worst App for Couriers in Poland Very low payments and they even deduct taxes. It also doesn't show distance after an order is delivered so no way to calculate payment per kilometer. Only use it if you have no other options.
