They are not honest and genuine... Drawing a straight line from the store to the client hence miscalculating the actual distance travelled by the courier from the store to the client... Paid sh. 75/= for a distance of 5km hence thay are telling me that the multiplier is responsible for the low earning...fix the multipier and pay what you enlist during the hour changes

Why when the app runs in the background (because when the screen is turned on it consumes a lot of battery), it sometimes sends a notification with sound, but otherwise it likes not to notify you about anything and write that you missed an order (I configured the phone so that the app itself and its notifications take priority over others)

great overall, but it would be nice to have the option to "set last order" or something similar which will set our status offline right after delivery so we don't get a delivery right after confirming to go offline, which will decline it, and in turn lower our acceptance rate
