I have been waiting for customer support last 1A half hours but I don't get any support from them .Even they don't answering my massage . Bolt support are don't care about the raider . One of the bad, worst customer support

About a month ago I made an order of over 24.00euros. order was NEVER delivered. Bolt said they did not have a driver and will be refunding me theoney. Till today my money has never been refunded. clearly a daylight robbery.
