I've had this about a year. The description reads: "Automatically back up the important things on your phone, like photos, contacts and messages... notice it says "like." Now I personally regard my calendar as an important thing. I accidentally deleted my calendar on another device. had a rude awakening that the backup DID NOT include calendar nor does it have the capacity to include the calendar. in fact you need a non Google app in order to be able to import and export a calendar back up.

This doesn’t work. I upgraded to try to use Gemini in Sheets. Whenever I click on the Gemini button within Sheets, it just sends me to another page where I can only upgrade to an even higher tier! Second, the pricing is misleading. On the ad, it said I was currently paying £2.89 and this would cost £3.49, so I’m thinking “great, only ~ £1 more per month”. But that was only the cost of the difference to be charged to me. Nowhere does it say I’ll be paying £7 per month!! scam.

When Google One started, it was wonderful! You could chat with a real person- NOT AI ! Or you could even call and talk to a real person and if you were on hold for 4 minutes, you were given the option to request a call back which only took at the most, 20 minutes later. The technicians knew how to fix everything I was having problems with. Now, I've called and on hold forever and when someone answers, you get passed around and no one can fix it so you get email with Case# and no solution !
