Making payments to renew your subscription are so difficult. I tried several payment methods in the space of one month and they kept getting rejected. During those trials, I was charged/debited on 2 occasions, but my account kept on showing I had not paid and restricted access to my mails. Up till now I have not been refunded. Reaching out to an expert to help resolve your issue is so difficult. Google, this is very appalling and I'm definitely looking out for a better email service alternative.

I've had this about a year. The description reads: "Automatically back up the important things on your phone, like photos, contacts and messages... notice it says "like." Now I personally regard my calendar as an important thing. I accidentally deleted my calendar on another device. had a rude awakening that the backup DID NOT include calendar nor does it have the capacity to include the calendar. in fact you need a non Google app in order to be able to import and export a calendar back up.

Horrible! Very frustrating experience. Tried to pay my annual storage for days, it wouldn't accept my card, tried various visa and Mastercards; local and international currency. I couldn't even add them. Kept getting error message Finally found a card that worked. Now I am trying to use this card as primary payment and remove the old one, it's impossible. This is just awful.
