Grab a photo of a poster, receipt or document and easily organize or find it later in search. Google Keep makes it easy to capture a thought or list for yourself, and share it with friends and family.

Old dependable note app! Keep hasn't changed much over the years. I wish Google would refresh it. It could use more options for how you view your notes other than large tiles. Other features would be nice but as-is I've never had a problem with it. Always works. Not good for long note taking but could still work, just cumbersome. Great for quick notes and grocery lists. Be careful though; notes can easily get lost in the shuffle; make sure you tag or pin them.

I've used the app for a few years now and really loved it mostly because it will always be linked to my Google account and I'll never lose a note again. BUT, the app needs some real attention and refinement. The list order button could use more sorting options. The ability to change colors of each note. Also be able to create folders, or tabs to group notes into one area without having to see them all mixed back together. Definitely need the ole' android 13* spit and polish. Thanks devs!

You can 'find files' using search, but users can not search for words 'within a document. While this deficiency is a minor annoyance when looking for words in that scenario, it is a serious impediment to achieving user productivity as it precludes users from quickly/easily locating words in larger files. There is no option for instantly going to the top or bottom of a long document. Finally, it would be helpful if users could easily add the 'date' and 'time' by accessing a drop-down menu
