Ratings and reviews

Very poor flexibility. The schedules are not always clear and, if you reach out to them immediately after making a booking mistakes they won't do anything for you. Even you if it's the same class, at the same price. Even calling to the gym asking to change and the reply is "we would love to help you, but the class pass app does not allow us to change this". So classpass basically makes life harder for the customers and partners. Very poor customer service that sounds like a broken record.

Not so many choices, credits are finishing after 2-3 times(not in normal gyms) so you have to pay again 65€. Unacceptable customer support. Nowhere to be found. They say when you get the free trial that they will inform you 2 days before it starts to charge but they never do, so they are taking 65€ from your account and you can't even find them to ask for a refund or something because they have only chat support and it's not working, not from the app, not from computer browser. UNACCEPTABLE.

App design is okay. Relatively easy to find classes and book. The subscription, cancellation policies and cost of classes on the other hand are awful. Most expensive monthly subscription barely gets you 2 classes a week. Top ups are very expensive. Free trial is just 2 classes after which you can only topup for one more class. Cancellation policy not only forfeits your credits for the class but also charges you up to 20 euros per class. Avoid this scam!
