Wow, just wow. Glacier slow, clunky, freezes, can't jump to the next episode in a series as it just keeps jumping back to the start of the one you're already watching. Can't even go to watch another program as it won't turn it on, it just sits on whatever you're watching. You have to close the app, cross your fingers and hope it'll connect when you reopen it again. This only works some of the time. I usually just give up and turn on Netflix. I'm cancelling my subscription.

So good but recently had these problems. I can't delete pending downloads. it just freezes up. Have to wait at least 30 or more seconds for the episode to start, slow response from the homepage, search and downloads sections, just the blue circle going round and round, doesn't stop. Glitches and freezes up if I pause it for more than 15 seconds. It honestly gets worse and worse each time I restart the app, it's never been like this before. Idk what to do. I submitted a report...I'm so angry

Programming's great, although there's not a single Star Trek, I really can't fault it. One of few services to offer most of my Xmas movies, with ambients such as fireplace. Streaming is good, does it's thing, with little interruption. However UI is pretty basic compared to most, and for me, data use is probably a bit worse. Also the play next feature is glitchy and slow, and the notification bar features just don't work.
