I really like the app, but there are many things that can be improved. I'd love to see the search filters adding a "lowest price to highest (with delivery)" and a "price range" option, the tipping system doesn't allow to tip cents and I would like it if the "rappifavor" option didn't had so many problems loading the maps.

Can't add any of my cards as payment methods. Have had this problem for 2 months now. All support does is say they will escalate to their team of specialists and get back to me in 24 hours. I'm not exaggerating when I say they've told me this 4 times now. Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered for a product. It's like they have no desire to help potential customers. And yes I've already tried deleting cache and app data and reinstalling. Unbelievable.

This app is mostly used because of restaurants only offering delivery through it. Their notifications are inherently misleading, as for orders where you don't pay an extra on top of the delivery fee, they will regularly tell you your order is on its way, only to then sit for 10-15 minutes waiting for another order elsewhere. So your food that's just left the restaurant is now just sitting there even though it's usually quicker to just deliver the first order then pick up the second order.
