The app is horrible and completely unusable. I will add more details lately. One of the most annoying features is impossible times to reach the store with threats to cancel order. The app doesn't take into account road works, location of bicycle lines, location of bridges over railways, streets, paved with stones or delays waiting for client of previous order - it isn't aware of all this, and there are no option to contact support about this.

Worst: Unexistant support, unknown pay rates, disappearing fees and more. Best: Easy to use, good visuals, everything is oiled up after years.
