Ratings and reviews

The UI looks nice at first glance, but it's hard to find anything. Uber Maps is a joke, fortunately Waze is available. There is no such thing as support. Many aggressive pop-ups are dangerous during the ride. There is no possibility to set up the pick-up range. I can't even change my home address, so according to Uber, I still live in a different country. The duration of the trip is always underestimated. Overall, a terrible experience. Do NOT recommend working for this company.

Every time I go online, I must select a vehicle, and the app always fails to register my choice, forcing me to close and reopen it multiple times. Drivers pay a portion of their earnings for app improvements, yet this issue has remained unresolved for over a year. The app is inefficient, frustrating, and negatively impacts daily work. Immediate attention and a proper fix are urgently needed.

Constant updates but not a single improvement!! GPS tells me to make turns into a one way street (oncoming traffic) and places with "no turns" signs. I can no longer see the destination until I'm on the street so I can't get a heads up instead of passing it. The acceptance rate: We shouldn't be penalized for declined trips/ deliveries that we didn't pysically decline. If we let the timer run out it shouldn't count. A lot of time we're driving and it's hard to read the small print and drive.
