This app after the last update is bad. - Very heavy, large downloadable size even compare to many famous multi-task softwares. - Takes a very long time to start (it acts as if frozen), I frankly don't know what requires all this time. - Keeping transfer/payment receipts is not as easy as the older version. - When searching for SNB on Google Playstore, search results include many versions of almost similar apps; same icon, same name. Is it meant this way? Return to the old version please

New update keeps login screen freezing! Kindly fix this Update: The latest update of having to select a transfer purpose, then transfer time/date, is extremely annoying for the same beneficiary. Kindly remove this, or make it one-time setup! It is just so annoying when I need to make the same transfer to the same beneficiary, every single time!!

I am an android user. After installing it worked the first time perfect. When I tried to use it again it asked me to update, when I pressed OK it went to Google play & gave me the option to uninstall or open. When I pressed open it took me to a white page then after about a few minutes an error message came up on the screen and the app closed. I shut down the mobile phone then after few minutes I turned it back on. I tired to use the app, same issue. I cannot go in. Please solve the issue ASAP
