I have been using Bluebird for many years but have started Grab. The Bluebird map is not accurate, and very often, the route is not optimal, and it's hard to find the accurate current location. Some drivers stopped the car and asked for extra charge. It is very difficult to call Bluebird in the JKT airport. Instead, you got to use Goldberg at much higher proce.

The app is great and useful, but sometimes the map isn't mapping.. I choose the location at the LRT Cikunir 1, but it always changed to jl. caman raya number *** (not the real location of lrt) so i had a little argument with the driver because of not the precise location, and also, the drivers call didn't get into me. Please fix this, it feels uncomfortable too, to take a taxi after having an argument.

This has gone downhill big time. At least 50% of bookings fail as driver's don't adhere to acceptance. No penalty for late/no show, like Go🛫, and driver cancellations aren't shown, so you end you waiting for nobody. Customer contact is also massive fail - ie UNAVAILABLE... it's half the price of the other but twice the pain. DELETED 😡 PS BEBI live chat never works. I just stare at a blank screen whether I select it from the app. not interested in giving this any more effort.
