I just started. I have spent my entire life at 5'8" & between 180lbs-200lbs. Well, 2 terrible lazy covid years hardly being physically active at all and slamming resses cups & monster every day turned me into a giant fat beech ball!!! I'm 260 (maybe more, I'm to afraid to look), but I've gotten so tired of not being able to put socks on without getting winded. I've had enough. It's long overdue my losing this bakers dozen of spare tires. I'm trying this for 30 days. Will update in 30. 10/15/24
